1.) Call us and let us know what you are interested in. We’ll ask you a few questions to help uncover any hidden needs you might have, and to ensure we can create for you the most successful campaign possible.
2.) We’ll discuss artwork, and offers, and really pay close attention as we discuss the message you want to get out into your market place. We’ll also discuss targeting your market and focus in on any specific demographics in your audience that you want to reach. Mailing to a targeted market is essential to have a successful direct mail marketing campaign, so feel free to ask any questions and tell us anything we know about your business.
3.) From there, our Creative Department designs a “comp” to allow you to see your project as it comes to life.

4.) As we work on your custom creation, we’ll send to you mailing list counts, via email, to confirm the specific demographics we need to reach.
5.) You’ll send us a list of any changes you need to see, and we’ll send you back a final proof.
6.) You’ll review it once more, and more times than not, we’re good to go!
7.) We print your piece, prepare the mailing lists, do the addressing and processing for the post office, and supply you with documentation from the Post Office confirming delivery.

All orders, accompanied by the signed quote, are paid in advance by a company check, personal check or Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We request that 50% of the production charges are due with the order, the balance due upon proof approval. We can take credit cards for your production charges but we will need a check to be sent for postage. Postage checks need to arrive at least 3 business days before your mail date.

Yes, we happily work in a collaborative effect with you and your other design and marketing professionals. Yes, normally they can be quite expensive. Many other agencies and printing companies charge $1500 for design concepts alone. That doesn’t even include printing. A campaign tells an ongoing story about you and your business to your current and prospective customers. You need to make a connection, one they can count on being there when they need it. It is important to design a campaign, consisting of at least 3 contacts, each one with a specific purpose in mind.
